  • Products will only be delivered once full payment has been made.
  • Furniture items can have a lead time of up to 8 weeks.
  • Shipping costs are charged at checkout
  • If you find any fault or damage to your item, you need to contact Rawluxe Interiors within 3 working days to arrange replacement or credit for these items.
  • item colour can be slightly different in real life, this is not considered a fault in the product.
  • As all our leather goods and hide are derived from a natural product, no two will be the same and there will be variations in colour and texture, these are not considered a fault.
  • Rawluxe will not be liable for goods that may arrive damaged from transit, however, we will do our best, at our cost, to provide a store credit or replacement.
  • We do not accept refunds for change of mind, however, we are able to provide an exchange for a product or range of products to the same monetary value
  • Exchanging a product will incur an additional shipping fee.
  • Privacy- All information provided to us including name, address and contact details will only be used for business purposes and will never be passed on to any third parties.
  • Payment information will not be stored and only used when provided for a specific purchase.
